RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Dynamic, busy real estate office is looking for a full time Receptionist / Office Assistant. One to two year’s work experience in office environment, strong communication and phone skills, professional and upbeat customer service attitude, excellent organizational skills and competent with computers specifically Microsoft word and excel.
Day to day tasks:
· Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate person or problem solve when possible
· Receive and sort rental payment in order to scan and post payment
· Prepare maintenance work orders
· Receive and sort various invoices and enter into accounting system
Pay: $20.00/hour to start depending on experience
Room to grow professionally within organization
Benefits: Health, Vacation, PTO
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Norwalk, Connecticut
